Dr. Colin Chala has been a practicing Chiropractor for over 15 years. He is married to his wife Nichole Chala and has 3 children; Daymond 7, Evangeline 4 and Tiernan 1.5. Dr. Chala has a strong belief in family, living healthy and maintaining your optimal wellness!
Dr. Chala was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He attended the University of Calgary where he earned his Bachelors Degree and played collegiate Div. 1 soccer and semi-pro ice hockey. Dr. Chala spent the next four years in San Jose, California where he attended Palmer College West, earning his Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Chala was student president and studied many techniques such as Active Release Technique. While doing his internship, he was able to provide Chiropractic care to professional hockey, football, soccer, volleyball and baseball players, triathletes, and professional golfers.
Now living in Hudson, TX, Dr. Chala brings his extensive Chiropractic experience to the families and athletes of East Texas. He has already got involved in many sports including Angelina soccer, Hudson baseball and softball, golf, and fitness. Dr. Chala's approach to treatment focuses on the principle that optimal joint function is based on proper soft tissue function and vice versa. With his comprehensive knowledge and sports background, he is able to prescribe individualized exercises and stretches for each patient. He utilizes various soft tissue therapies, including active release therapy(myofascial release therapy), Traction therapies, Rehab modalities, in addition to traditional chiropractic adjusting techniques. He is proficient in techniques such as Palmer/Diversified, Thompson Drop, Flexion-Traction, Activator. Emphasis is also placed on rehabilitation to improve strength, flexibility and mobility.

Dr. Lyndy Vines is originally from a small town in South Texas but moved to College Station, Texas where she attended Texas A&M. After graduating with her Bachelors Degree from Texas A&M she then moved to Pasadena, Texas to attend Texas Chiropractic College. During her time at TCC she was a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association wellness club that focused on the care of pregnant women and children. Dr. Vines also completed rotations providing chiropractic care to the women at Bridge over Troubled Waters and athletes at Rice University.
Dr. Vines is currently working on obtaining her diplomate from the ICPA in hopes of being able to better serve the East Texas area women and children. Dr. Vines is also proficient in Graston soft tissue work, Activator, Diversified, Thompson Drop and Webster technique.
Now living in Hudson, Texas Dr. Vines is married to her husband Davy Vines with a pup named Roxy. She enjoys being outdoors and watching Fighting Texas Aggie Football.
